These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, clients, vendors, and contributors of content. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or booking services. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions in this agreement, you may not access the site or use our services.

1. Service Overview

Nicholas Crandall Photography LLC provides photography services with a focus on destination weddings, elopements, and editorial documentation. In certain instances, services may include travel, timeline consultation, second shooters, and/or delivery of photo galleries through digital means. All services are outlined in client contracts and proposals.

Our website may also offer digital products, guides, or preset downloads.

2. Use of Website

You agree not to use our website or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. Violation of any of these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your access or booked services.

3. Booking & Payment

Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and retainer. Payment terms, due dates, cancellation policies, and deliverables are outlined in individual client contracts and supersede any general content on this website.

All travel-related expenses are included in our all-inclusive pricing model unless otherwise noted in the proposal.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of photography services, all retainers and completed services are non-refundable. Digital downloads and preset purchases are non-refundable once delivered. Any exceptions will be considered solely at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All images and content on this site are the property of Nicholas Crandall Photography LLC. Clients receive personal-use rights to delivered images, with limited commercial use as outlined in contracts. No content may be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

6. Privacy Policy

Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy. (see below)

7. Accuracy of Information

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicholas Crandall Photography LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the services, including but not limited to errors in photography, delayed delivery, or website errors.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any agreements shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

All-Inclusive Travel Policy

Nicholas Crandall Photography LLC offers destination wedding photography packages with all-inclusive travel pricing. This means that all standard travel costs — including airfare, baggage, accommodations, rental vehicles, and per diem expenses — are built into the quoted rate, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Clients will not be invoiced separately for travel, unless extraordinary circumstances arise (such as last-minute location changes, international visa issues, or delays caused by client rescheduling).

This policy is designed to provide a seamless experience, reduce administrative back-and-forth, and allow couples to focus on their celebration without concern over logistics.
